How and when is the delivery made?
All items are in stock and are sent within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise noted. The delivery is fully insured and is made by courier or armored car, depending on delivery address and item value.
What payment options do you offer?
Presently, we offer the following payment options:

What happens if I want to return a watch?
We offer full return for an extensive 14 days after you have received your goods. A refund is made within 1-2 working days after return has been processed. Return is not permitted in case any item seals are broken.
What do I do in case the watch isn't working when I get it?
We offer a 6 month retailer's warranty on all watches not already covered by manufacturer's official warranty.
We always verify the functionality, condition and authenticity and clean all watches.
As far as possible, we also check the item's history in the manufacturer's registry.
